These terms govern access to the TrustDePIN account service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for lawful use of the service.

Account features, including FREE and PREMIUM status, may change as the service evolves. Paid or entitlement-bearing PREMIUM features must be governed by the applicable commercial terms presented at purchase.

Abuse, automated attacks, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with service security may result in access restrictions.

These operational terms should be reviewed together with TrustDePIN's final company-specific legal terms before commercial launch.
